Bounty Target not spawning
Sometimes, the target of a bounty does not spawn when entering the marked bandit camp in the bounty quest.

I've even went into devmode to try and spawn the missing target, but apparently they don't even exist as a world pawn.

Why did this quest put a bounty on a pawn that doesn't exist or is already dead?

experiencing this too, seems like a luck thing cus i've seen the bounty target before but he walked off before i could even reach him

sucks because its a cool idea for a quest it just doesnt work sometimes and then it ends up just being kill a guard that isnt the target or cut off the power for the turrets and you win.
