me too,

the assets are the industry DLC building (oil industry) ,sunset harbour fish industry, so they are from the orignal game content

the production rate is 0 in the building menu too
while some that i don't use are normal

i check if it was rebalance industry , but i remove it still the same error
so anyone have idea?

ok i finally find the problem , it may have relation with "rebalance industry revisit" and "customize it"

i never touch the value on those building with "customize it" , not sure if some external mod change them, which may be rebalance industry" , they also say that there is issue with customize it

after getting the error ,
i try

-remove all the building relate to them
-quit >reload the game
-use customize it reset the value from 0 to their original value
