step 1:buy a laptop,if you are in australia harvey norman can be you're store or JB-HIFI or something like that

step 2:get a installation disk(i.e linux,windows,iOS)be sure that the computer can support the system you can always use virtualbox/hyper-v if the operating system is malfunctioning

step 3:setup the operating system,for this one,we will use windows 11 professional. there will be a screen with a couple steps that is the OOBE(Out Of Box Experience)

step 4(optional):activate windows/linux/iOS,activation can be performed via command prompt but you can activate it during the setup so yeah about that
