A side mod based completely around production. I think it is completely reasonable to create nanites that you inject into someone that quickly multiply and begin condensing the subjects blood into small steel needles that grow out of their skin to be removed and processed... don't you? I am sure that it is totally fine to chop off the ends of someone's fingers and replace their fingernails with small bionics that grow edible bone marrow instead! Limbs are pretty tasty lets try to make one person grow a bunch of them! Single person organ farm? Drastically increased hair growth for a protective and durable "wool" (human hair is extremely strong)? More toes!?!? I could continue but I require my sanity at the time being.

How about some way to automate the "milking" or reap of those productions?
Neutroamine production, while flavourful, is a shore?
Could we get Neutroamine from "tending" those growths?

Perhaps something that expands upon the slavery concept of ideology?
