II can't torture people :(
There's a Bug that when i choose the Option to torture someone and the bar that shows how much progress it made is done it just repeats and nothing happens. If you're playing on 1.4, that's the reason. It's completely broken on that version.

Fixed the issue, make sure that you validate your game files, as the old files can have issues. Validating validates your game and mods good to do when you have old mods still subscribed to.
