Doesn't work on lastest version (experimential branch as of 1.3.5).

Server log prints:
...\2063582186\data/scripts/player/map/mapcommands.lua:14: attempt to index global 'OrderType' (a nil value)

The mod was depending on other code to pull in an include needed by MoveCargoOrder. The mod now pulls in the include itself so this error and bug should be fixed with version mod version 1.0.
