Are you using mods only from Recommended Mods List?
It should be noted that the tooltip when mousing over the button to build it is also weird.
Are your mods in proper load order?

Load order is probably wrong yeah. I looked through the document and couldn't really figure out exactly how I was supposed to divine a load order from it. From what I saw it only listed various mods( including a bunch that weren't in the collection) And mentioned at some of them that they require each other. But not which order to load them in.
It looks like you didn't read carefully Recommended Mods List. There is a column telling if mod is connected and there is also a column with LP. LP and numbers are how the mods should be ordered. 1 means mod should be at the top of your load order.
I will check tooltip.
If you're using mods not from Recommended Mods List I can't guarantee your game will be stable. Only mods from Recommended Mods List are well-made and tested.
FEW WORDS ABOUT USING MODS
1. Before you start using mods - please read very carefully mods descriptions. You should know how chosen mods will change your game. Most of your "mods problems" are due to not having the right load order for mods you are using or options that you are using without mods required to use them.
Guide on how to properly activate mods
2. Do not use mods that are outdated, not balanced, not recommended or from no longer active modders. If you don't know which mods you should use you can always ask or use LOAD ORDER posted above (made for a player who prefers to play more challenging and interesting game). It' a start and it can help you to make your own dream Mods List.
3. Constructive feedback is always helpful and I fully appreciate your comments, so please feel free to share your thoughts about improving or making new mods. I can't promise I will make all of the ideas into mods as game itself doesn't allow to be changed in some aspects but I will try.
4. All of my mods are designed to work with core game settings so I do not recommend to use mods that alter human behavior (carry more weight for example!).
Game has it's own balance and mods altering human behavior are messing up with base game mechanics and also used mods itself. Please also note that my mods are tested and compatible with Sir Foxy and Megadori mods. I do not make mods that alter human behavior. Each mod is carefully checked and thoroughly tested before publishing.
5. If you like my work please rate my mods so I can see how many people are enjoying using it :)
