Shields
  • Transformer: Now works as intended.
  • Spike Shields: Now require atleast 10 damage to trigger, and only trigger for attacks less than 3 tiles away, to stop some ranged wapons from activating them.
  • Spikes: Lowered growing damage quite a bit, but icrease base damage by 22.5%.
  • Nova: Increased base radius (8 -> 12) but greatly decrease growth (13% -> 3.5%). Alo increased base damage (25% -> 35%), because some combinations allowed negative damage.
  • Turrets: Added some variance in projectile angles.

Base Balance
  • Monsters: Can now have shields, they can be spike/adaptive/roid/turtle/basic, also not very good in general.
  • Parts: "Accessory" no longer grants stat bonuses, so it's a nerf/buff to most shields.
  • Rarity: Changed stat bonuses to match BL2.
  • NPC: Parts of their shields tend to be detrimental than benefitial.

Fixes
  • Fixed "Adaptive" shields visual indicator for unknown elements, now it is white. (Resistance still works)
  • Visual effect for "Power Surge" overload, like an icon.
  • Crew Customization+ now removes the shield correctly.
