Getting ships back into space, or producing them in space.
So, once ground combat starts, I can't seem to get any ships back into space, and I can't get any to spawn at the ports in space. Am I missing something?

You have to occupy a satellite orbit in space.

Huh, that's strange because even when I'm occupying it, it won't let me. I can move ground units easily back and forth, but it won't let me do it the ships for some reason.
