Encountered the event twice in a run, same act 3, but in two different floors, dont remember the exact floors

Hi, I have a couple questions. Are you playing with other mods installed? Did you save and quit in between finding the event?
Additionally, were you playing the the Act 3 limit option enabled?

Yes, replay the spire and other QoL mods only (colorful buff/debuff icon, colored maps etc)
Yes, I saved and quit.
Yes, last option enabled.

Okay, I pushed an update that fixes the issue that I believe was causing this. It shouldn't happen any more, but let me know if it does!
