That is the ID for the sight and magazine. Simply highlight the first part of the line, and then the first two digits of the ID, and repeat like you did for the actual Item IDs.
As for spawns, you'll have to open up the spawn folder and repeat just for spawns. It's copmlicated but in the end you are the one downloading the mod. There are hundreds of mods on the workshop. If this is too much work, now you see why mod makers don't like changing IDs because it takes a lot of time.
