The skin doesnt show up

Ive tried everything but for some reason it doesnt load for me but it does for my friend i don't know what to do help please.

Do you use a licensed server? this problem occurs on some servers

Sometimes it takes a while for some new skins to load it plus you may have to craft the weapon or put it in a repair bench to change skin.
