List of Planetary Decisions
All decisions have a scaling cost depending on planet size - the larger the planet the more expensive the district. The Ecumenopolis/Habitable Structure/Ringworld decisions are much more expensive than the normal decisions, to reflect their increased benefit, particularly in the case of Ringworlds.

Cities in the Sky
Planets Only

Requires either: Voidborn, Mastery of Nature, or the "Weather Control Systems" Engineering tech.

If the planet is smaller than size 14, it adds 4 Technician Jobs, 2 Max Districts, 2 Energy Districts, +5% Happiness, +10% Technician Output, and +10% Planetary Orbital Bombardment Damage.
If the planet is size 14 - 22, it adds 5 Technician Jobs, 3 Max Districts, 3 Energy Districts, +5% Happiness, +10% Technician Output, and +15% Planetary Orbital Bombardment Damage.
If the planet is larger than size 22, it adds 6 Technician Jobs, 4 Max Districts, 4 Energy Districts, +5% Happiness, +10% Technician Output, and +20% Planetary Orbital Bombardment Damage.

If the planet is size 11-16, it adds 3 Max Districts.
If the planet is larger than size 16, it adds 4 Max Districts.

Arcology Project/Restore Ecumenopolis
Arcology Project Cost scales according to planet size - for sizes:

Can I ask why the Worldwide Infrastructure decisions for gestalts add Trade Value? Also, could you mention the rough cost of these decisions? Thanks! I loved Mastery of Districts, too. I use Mastery of Nature mod now, but yours looks quite attractive, as well.

thats a very good point, i'll look at changing it to energy credits for machines and something else for hives - rough cost i'll get back to you on! I was a big fan of mastery of districts legacy along with masters of nature too, they go nicely
shilum_nehum 6 May, 2020 @ 8:56pm
are these decisions repeatable?
Gowps  [developer] 8 May, 2020 @ 3:53am
nope they are not, each one is single use!

Are you planning to add expanded options for these in a similar way to how mastery of districts managed the system?

I really enjoyed building underground cities and trying to manage the increase in crime and so on.
Gowps  [developer] 27 Aug, 2020 @ 4:44am
yeah absolutely! i've started to plan some out but i want to see how far away 2.8 is before i sink too much time into making stuff in case some big changes come!

Great to hear. I can't wait to turn my peaceful planets into over crowded crime ridden hellholes again.
