im guessing its hard to port npcs in a scripted game or something

NPC do spawn just only ones that spawned are just HeadCrabs and Barnicals

when the screenshots shown show Black Mesa NPCs it makes expect everything to be here. Even though porting everything would be difficult.

unless modders find a way to pull that off but for now people have to wait till they able to do so

alright, so looking at the comments, i have decided to interject my bullcrap. its probably because the vj base npcs are different than the actual game, but because barnacles and headcrabs do exist, those can spawn. if you were to open up the map and individually change every spawn and ensure they have animations, scripts, all that, it could possibly maybe mayhapseth work

The screenshots are not representative of my work, but theirs

No npcs, but Re-entify would work. (I am experiencing problems with animation and model placement but I don't have BM:S mounted)
