(Quality is poor, but its mostly concepts you can work around to do something better, maybe more stylized)
1. "Rings of Atlantis", based on the description of the layout of the City itself in the Critias. Many adaptations of the city are based on this description in videogames and litteratures and its sometimes also used as a symbol of the civilization itself. Very neutral in regards to Olympians VS Titans struggle.
2. The Trident. Preferably not just the one on the Barbados flag, as it already exists in some mods. Obviously tied to Poseidon, no longer titular deity of Atlantis, but then the starting Head of State still uses a trident-like crown. Some aesthetics stays, despite changes of allegiences. It remains a strong symbol.
3. 4. and 5. , symbols of Gaia (Earth), Ouranous (Uranus) and Chronos (Saturn) in astronomy and astrology. A simple and consistent way to display allegience to one titan or another, easy to combine with the already determined colours ( green, blue and red) for strong identities regarding a titular titan or another. Could even be used for the corresponding Faction flags!
Either of Poseidon's trident brooches might be a more futuristic take on the Trident symbol:

- Special military for Atlantis, something along the lines of Titanic Tridents or Atlantis Warriors.
- Potential way to include a megacorp option for Atlantis centered around exploiting Gaia by trading her resources with the world or by adding a fourth titan option.
- Adding fraction for Posideon worshipers, fraction can be centered around abandoning the titan ways and starting a civilization without worship. or going back to the old ways and winning him over again.
- Is there any plans to enhance the megastructures so they aren't juggernaut esq? just wondering
- potentially adding a unique megastructure called a Temple or something, a way to 'donate' 'sacrifice' resources to the titans for enhanced favors
- don't know if this is to underwater esq and not the vibe you are going for but making the ocean kingdoms as districts (Atlantis, Xebel, the Kingdom of the Trench, the Kingdom of the Brine, the Kingdom of the Fishermen, the Kingdom of the Deserters, and a missing kingdom).
- in atlantis mythology they can control sea animals, potentially in stellaris giving them the ability to control some space monsters through creating them in the starbase like a leviathan.
- also thoughts about making the story line where Zeus and Hades are the ones who expelled them without Posideon's permission, because they were getting to strong and maybe Posideon secretly helps them xD.
- adding a collosus version called the trident.
- love this mod so far, cant wait to see where it continues to go!
-Special Military. Sounds good
-Megacorp. sounds not good to me
-Poseidon worshippers. Perhaps.
-Temple mega. Perhaps
-Kingdom districts? I am not sure what you mean.
-Space animals. Perhaps.
-Collossus version called trident. Adding a new ship only for a diffrent name sounds a bit too much.
1. About Atlantis (the starting planet) proper. It would be great to have a way to develop it beyond what a normal starting planet offers. I made it into a Gaia world, like most of my core planets, but sadly that ereased those very awesome circle-like city sprawl and made the whole thing very mundane. I reverted to pre-terraforming save and now my capital sits on an ocean world, only because its so pretty and unique.
It could be great to have the option, via tech, events, ascension perk etc. to invest into it around mid-game to turn it into something truly special. It could be its own kind of unique planet, sort of like an Ecumenopolis but with those already gorgeous starting visuals (looks like an "Atlantis Ecumenopolis" on day 1 of 2200, which I love), and its own kinds of districts. Maybe something along the lines of whats already in the Sky Palace, only planet-sized, and compatible with the Enigmatic Infrastructure. Palatial and noble districts, artists, philosophers, gardens, etc.
I beleive you already got almost all the art assets, jobs, etc. created for that to be a possibility, its mostly about tweaking the value and make it applicable only to that one single planet. It would be available to all 3 Titan worshipers (Even Oranos is OK with you inhabiting that one planet!)
2. About developping your worlds: RP-wise in my game I have put extra efforts into developping 10 core worlds, named after the 10 kings of Atlantis which all had their own bit of the atlantean continent to rule over. It might be interesting (again, trough tech or ascension perk, could even be tied to suggestion #1, however this one would not be available to Oranos worshippers) to have the option to buff a limited number of colonized worlds and promote them to "Atlantean Kingdoms". Could work a bit like the Thessian Republics from your Asari mod, needing some influence investment but allowing you to personnalize these worlds to make them a bit special. That could even come with the application of the special "Atlantean city sprawl" overlay on the chosen planets, if you tie that art asset to a modifier; I know Guilli's Planet Modifiers does that with the Precursor Energy Grid, it stays visible despite terraformation, its got shiny lights, its beautifull. Wouldnt require new art assets either.
Atlantean became very decadent
Gaia primordial: earth
Oranus primordial: sky
Kronos titan: harvest
Tartaros primordial: abyss (the place where most titans(plus Arke) where thrown in to be their prison)
maybe the Atlantean has figured out a way to create a rift leading to tartaros
I mean the titans are extremely powerful so they might still be able to aid them in exchange for the promise of eventual release as for whether or not Atlantean will follow through or not remains to be seen
