I've been deducing what might be causing the problems with third person AT LEAST in my end. Everytime I enable PAC3, it screws up the add-on. I end up in my person or in my case slightly above my Umbreon.

PAC always worked with the addon

The latest game update appears to have broken compatibility with the CAP:

I know it's the game update as none of the addons involved have been updated this year, and it was working earlier this year. Not sure where the problem lies, though it's worth noting that the CAP has been discontinued, so given its size, the problem is likely on its end, though it could be anything.

nevermind i found a way to fix it ULX Act commands breaking the addon delete this addon and it will fix might not but i fixed by deleting this.
