Patch notes
v1.39hf1 - Station storage product capacity was using incorrect value.

v1.39 - New information menu: station storage information shows how full producer stations and consumer stations are for each ware.
Updated ship information menus to include auxillary ships, salvage, and dismantling ships. Menus are no longer tricked by pirate cover usage.

v1.38 - Allow locking and unlocking of Buc relations, allow activating of funeral gate (only use if you don't plan on doing the split story stuff), increased number of factions available for economic view, changed some menu entries to t-file so they should be auto translated, initial implementation of dynamic war news (events from this mod, sector ownership changes, and important station destruction).

v1.37 - Added option for No Change Weight which will make the dynamic war script not change any relations on that iteration. Pretty printed files.

v1.36 - UI overhaul. Merged ui elements into one menu. Added options for event weighting or to disable dynamic war script (for those who just want the information). Added ware supply/demand display using code from SirNukes. Renamed diplomacy menu to DA Dynamic Wars Menu.
Fixed bug allowing unlimited free relation changes for player.

v1.36 - Initial stage of recent events implemented, removed dynamicwarconversations.xml, implemented diplomatic favors.

v1.35 - Added fallback t-file for non translated languages. Reduced diplomacy actions flat cost by a factor of 10. Fixed military information screen and economic information screens not counting docked ships. Updated Japanese translation thanks to arkblade.

v1.34 - Added a redundant check for terran dlc factions, added yaki to diplomacy screen, added player faction to diplomacy screen.

v1.33 - Added german translation thanks to Vali Luztifer

v1.33 - Capped positive relations for AI:AI to 0.75 (~27) due to jobs, added new diplomacy menu using sir nukes mod support api, created script to sync teladi/ministry relations, added menu option to lock/unlock SCA relations, changed balancing of milstrength modifier, changed balancing of accumulated chance, added a rounding feature to help prevent some awkward ui values, lowered effect of current relations. Recent events not implemented yet.

v1.32 - Reduced chance on nemesis or besties events (they should now be very rare).

v1.31 - Added RNG to accumulation of chance, added option to restrict HAT from dynamic wars, added trigger in paranid story that enables buccaneers for dynamic wars, increased rep change on bigboost/bigblow to 15, increased effect of negative relations on events, removed ability to declare war on factions not yet active, fixed display not refreshing factions added after the mod, fixed display showing inactive factions, sorted display screens alphabetically.

v1.3 - Script rewrite complete, factions are rechecked periodically in case of added factions, moved debug lines into do_if's to potentially improve performance, reduced RNG for first faction selected (it now selects whoever hasn't been chosen the longest), mil strength factor is now limited to have less impact, accumulated chance now has a lower ceiling, fixed error caused by extremely close to 0 values on weight, tweaked race/relations/common friends or enemies factors.

v1.26 - Fixed possible divide by 0 error when calculating strength. Removed chance of no event occuring.

v1.25HF1 - Fixed large reduction in reputation leading to positive gain. Closed more logic holes.

v1.25 - Fixed potential logic hole for certain relation changes causing old message to me mixed in, made relations changes equivalent to UI values, added Japanese translation thanks to Arkblade.

v1.24 - Made split vendetta dependency optional, added more debugging tools (not enabled by default), reduced weighting for faction recently selected, new feature adjusts factions mood depending on recent events (should affect how many ships they use for invasions). TODO: implement defense pacts, call for aid, and penalties for not supporting allies.

v1.23 - Added ability to ask AI to go to war with another AI if above 20 reputation. Fixed bug with display of small ships, added more info into economy screen (mouse-over)
