Blurry and smooth despite not having any settings to enable those

After transforming it and/or adding more effects other than this one to a layer, it becomes all blurry and smooth, despite the fact I never enabled those options.

An Adjustable Comp. layer with ANY effect on it will filter over all layers below it. Use a full comp layer or increase resolution of the adjustable one.
