The large asphalt area at the back could do with some detail. Maybe a playground with football goals or basketball nets?

Any chance of a bust of Stalin or Lenin in the courtyard? Or something similar, just to push up the asthetics

a fence for the yard could be a nice addition too.
Nothing "totalitarian" of course, but a regular fence like what we see around every school in the world almost :P
