Error on non-colonist pawns
I think it's probably harmless, but some pawns from outside the colony (trade groups or raiders) will pop up errors in the debug log.

Failed to find need associated with DCompulsionNeed Verse.Log:Error(String, Boolean) DInterestsCallings.CompulsionDef:HandleLearn(Single&, SkillRecord, Pawn, Boolean&)

and

Just saw this. Should be fixed now.

Just had a royal collector show up with lots of interests in the group and no errors. Thanks for the fix.
