[SPOILER] All the current traits
If you have any idea about this traits (new ones, edits...) please let me know!
In few of them, I've put some vanilla stuff to compare.

  • Traumatized: {Pawn} usually wakes up screamming, tormented by {her} memories.
    • Commonalty in pawns -50% (Bisexual-Asexsual, the rarest traits = -80%)
    • Mental break threshold +18% (volatile trait = +15%)

  • Good Observer: {Pawn} always pays close atention to {his} surroundings.
    • Global learning speed +40% (too smart = +75%)
    • Melee dodge chance +2

  • Popular: Wherever {Pawn} goes people tend to recognize {her}, and most of them would do anything to get some atention from the person of the moment, but they quickly realize that {she} isn't famous for {her} speaking.
    • Commonalty in pawns -80%
    • Social impact +30% (Entertainer = +10%; Commander = +40%)
    • Negotiaton ability -30% (Technomancer = -20%; Undead, the worst class in this stat = -70%)
    • Trade prize improvement +15% (Bard, best class in this stat = +25%)

  • Intimidating: People are in awe whenever they are in {Pawn}'s presence. {his} direct words cut right through any foes and {he} makes even the surest of adversaries tremble in fear.
    • Social impact +30%
    • Melee dodge chance +3 (Monk = +5; Legendary BladeDancer = +20)
    • Melee hit chance +3 (Monk = +5; Legendary BladeDancer = +15)
    • Arrest success chance +75% (boost equals having lv10 social)

  • Hard Striker: Every blow from {Pawn} feels like a huge hammer striking your soul. In {her} hands even a petty spoon can dent a decent armor.
    • Melee armor penetration +1

  • Perfectionist: {Pawn} doesn't care if {he} has to spend twice the time to make a task, {he} just won't allow any imperfection. (all stats boost of this traits equals having lv9 in medicine/construction)
    • Work speed global -50% (slothful = -35%)
    • Medical tend quality +90%
    • Medical surgery success +80%
    • Construction success chance +100%

  • Dog Whisperer: {Pawn} has such a synergy with nature that sometimes it looks like {she} can actually talk to animals. (all stats boost of this traits equals having lv5 in animals)
    • Animal gather speed +60%
    • Animal gather yield +85%
    • Tame animal chance +15%
    • Train animal chance +25%

  • Aimbot: When holding a ranged weapon, [Pawn]'s reactions, accuracy and aiming time make it looks like he was using real life cheats.
    • Aiming delay factor -15% (trigger happy = -50%)
    • Shooting accuracy +12,5% (careful shooter = +25%)

  • Airhead: [Pawn] is definetly not the sharpest tool in the shed.
    • Mental break threshold +15% (volatile trait = +15%)
    • Global learning speed -80% (slow learner = -75%)

could you maybe move these traits into a sub mod, maybe? or turn them off from spawning to not break compability and add a sub mod to make them appear in the world

also souldn't airhead be - mental break risk? because they simply don't care about their surroundings, they also get upset less often

as for perfectionist i feel as if it should apply a buff to something like research or something, because research needs to be perfect anyways

At the moment I don't plan to move all the traits to a different mod since the only reason why I created them was because there wasn't any vanilla trait that fit the custom backstories of the AROM faction expansion mods, but as soon as I get in C# coding, I will try to make an option to disable them.

About the Airhead mental break risk, I just did that based on my own life experience. Every person that I've met in my life with any kind of mental issue were really easy to upset, diving into a mental break, usually behaving aggresively.

The perfectionist would, in any case, slow down the research speed, but it's already slowed by the global work stat. I wanted to buff the chance of having higher quality items when constructing/crafting, but didn't find the way for now sadly.

Anyway, if you can't really handle any of the traits, you can easily modify or even delete them in the mod's folder. It may show you an error log but you can ignore it. This is the file you should edit:
