I know it's a stupid question and probably it's gonna be moderated or ignored completely but still.

EOD suit has 80% of bullet resistance while in-game vest like civilian bulletproof vest has 100%.

Its kinda strange, even the giant EOD helmet doesn't have any bullet resistance at all. I know in-game military helmets don't have protection too, so maybe it's game engine/scripts limitations?
