- If you are a vassal and your Emperor dies, you become independent and can win alone with the Independence Victory Conditions.
- If you are an Emperor and your vassal resigns/dies, you will receive all of his units.
- Added P2 quest with P7 and P8.
- Fixed Diocletian Reforms.
- Changed Red's early game a bit.
- Red gets no vassal income.
- No vassal income boosted from 750f 500g to 1000f 750g.
- Red starts with a Castle in Byzantium area.
- If Red gets Blue or Teal as vassals he will grant them Carthage/Cyrene.
