Private/Residential Transport ignores mod
The pops will not drive on the left side of vanilla roads at all in this mod. Only vehicles you build will. This causes issues

If you added the mod to an existing save game, then you will get that happen, it is possible to fix, change the offending street to one way then back to two way, & voilà!
