Nerfed Custodians Guide
I’ve made some adjustments to tone down these overpowered units and make fighting them more manageable, especially for players who start out slow. They shouldn’t spawn as numerously as intended by the original mod, and I’ve reduced both their health and armor values. I also completely removed their Defense stat (which made your shots miss outright) and instead transferred that value to Dodge.

Lore-wise, these enemies should be easy to hit, but because they’re so heavily armored, bullets would often graze or bounce off without penetrating. That’s the idea behind the change.

That said, once you’ve upgraded your GTS and can deploy 6 or more soldiers per mission, and once you’re equipped with powered armor and weapons, they’ll become noticeably easier to kill — maybe even too easy. If that’s the case and you want to keep them challenging, I recommend backing up your modified files and restore the original ones. Only do this WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN A MISSION.

Here are the quick 5 steps :

STEP ONE
There's 2 ways to find the mod files : using AML (which is the easiest way) or using the actual Explorer path.

                          a) AML : type in the search bar "custodian pack", right-click on the title and click on "Show in Explorer".
                          b) Explorer : C:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2094672450

STEP TWO
Create a "Backup" folder OUTSIDE of Steam folder, otherwise it could disappear with future updates or integrity checks.

STEP THREE
Now, go inside the "Config" folder and select "XcomEncounterLists.ini" and "XcomGameData_CharacterStats.ini", right click on them, click on copy and go paste them into your backup folder.

STEP FOUR
Go back into the config folder and open both ini files in Notepad++.

STEP FIVE
Once opened, replace everything inside with the appropriate following codes :
