Fellowships not Starting
I love this mod. It works very well. Hasn't crashed yet. However, the fellowship mechanic hasn't started. I'm playing as Gondor, I started with the Long War, and I've played until TA 3014. I'm just wondering if it is normal for the fellowships to take this long. It says neither the company of Thorin nor the Fellowship has been created yet, but Mordor spawned, and I'd like for the ring to be destroyed before I conquer them.

It is a problem because of Durin's Folk. I played as them and tried to lose against Smaug but when I tried Smaug died during the siege and then I just accepted revolt demand but the event that needed to trigger did not happen so Erebor continued to remain even though I lost agains them. It is a bug i guess and probably that's why neither of the institutions happened (the company and the fellowship.) I believe whenever that problem is solved both the institutions will trigger.
