I'm trying to do the "west to forochel" mission as angmar, however I have no idea how to have a province that's both servant of sauron and lossoth. I mean, if I try to convert the province to servants of sauron it automatically changes the culture as well; if I make Lossoth an accepted culture, the game will still change it to uruk when I convert the province. I even tried to free the province I needed, then become it with cheats and try to make it lossoth again, bit the only way to do it is by converting religion...
Anyway, if anyone has an idea on how I can manage to complete the mission, pls let me know and thank you.
