Doesn't seem so, the tutorial they posted said it will be in the DLC section of the properties tab for HL:Alyx, but i didn't see anything yet

yeah ive been looking, just got an alyx update but the tutorial tabs in properties are not there yet it seems

Restarted steam and now I have the workshop tools as well. Man, this is better than Christmas morning...
