バグを見付けたら、どこに問題があるのか切り分けが必要です。
基本的に当銀英伝modとNSCの互換に関わる問題以外は当方ではどうしようもありません。

・銀英伝MOD以外のMODを全て外しても不具合が再現するのか？
・銀英伝MODとNSC以外のMODを外しても不具合が再現するのか？
・銀英伝MODとNSC以外のMODを外し、新規ゲームでも不具合が再現するのか？

とりあえず以上の事を試してみて下さい。

If you find a bug, you need to isolate where the problem is.
Basically, there is nothing we can do except for the problems related to the compatibility between this LoGH mod and NSC.

Will the problem reproduce even if I remove all mods other than the LoGH MOD?
Will the problem reappear even if I remove the LoGH MOD and non-NSC MODs?
Do you have to remove all the mods except for the LoGH MOD and NSC to reproduce the problem in new games?

Try the above in the meantime.
