My system is a AMD3500X, RTX3080-10GB, 16GB, Win10, Reverb G2. Temps are below 80°C

So in the normal game I didnt have any issues with stuttering and my system could hold stable 90fps with High settings and 100%SS. In this mod I experienced some stuttering and fps4vr app showed my fps dropping down to 30fps in some cases. It started when I arrived at the street with the cars and it got really severe in the house with the piano and the stairs. At that point I had to stop playing because it was uncomfortable to continue. I tried lowering the settings and SS resolution, it got little bit better but still unplayable. Also tried restarting my PC. But unfortunately I had to stop there. Otherwise I enjoyed it up to that point.

I have the feeling that being a relatively open space with lots of textures and models it filled up my VRAM but fps4VR showed 7-8/10GB so I am unsure about it. RAM was also far from being fully filled up.
