The Back-Sapper
I've always been a fan of the idea of a sentry truning against it's team.
In a more refined sense here's what I mean:
-75% sap time
-Sap time is scaled to current health (just like how a sapper takes less time to kill a damaged sentry)
-Saps a max of 50% HP
-Always leaves the sentry with a minimum of 15 HP
-Upon reaching the end of the sap the sentry turns and shoots the team it belongs to
-A turned sentry can take damage from both teams
-The original team only has to deal 30 Damage, at which point the sapper breaks and the sentry acts as normal

Unsure if this should be added
-Wrangled Sentries instantly turn to the engineer and attack regardless of range

Acts similarly towards other buildings.

I like your stats. It would be a very cool item but the other buildings?

+Turns Enemy sentry into Friendly sentry in 5-10 Seconds
+Deactivates Dispenser + Teleporter
-Does no damage to Sentries, Dispenser + Teleporter

I could see dropping damage, but it would be wasted potential if you couldn't use their other buildings.

i would like to keep it as is, because its not called the back sapper.
+sappers deal explosive damage when removed
-sappers have %90-%100 less sapping power
-sappers can be damaged by rescue ranger

yea, a new sapper would be nice, im tired of using many different reskins of the sapper, and the red tape recorder has been nerfed to uselessness.

Maybe it could turn the teleporter into a enemy one! like maybe the enemy could use it for like 3 teleports. I'd have to have a serious debuff though.:steamhappy:

i like the no damage idea though.
that could be the debuff
and the reverse sapper would have to be very noticable as another debuff, so teammates can be warned that it's turning

-50% slower firing rate,
Sentry only attacks for 10 seconds
Sentry has 2 second delay before turning on team
Sappers are destroyed in one hit (2 for Jag)
-5 seconds before targeting buildings engineer.

This is a sort of "landmine" sapper.

(+) Sappers placed on buildings cannot be removed.
(+) Enemies going nearby sapped building trigger an explosion, destroying the building and severly damaging nearby enemies.

(-) Does not deal damage to the building.
(-) Does not disable the building.
(-) Sappers are auto removed after 25 seconds.
