Bug Reports
Known Issues:
  • "The explorers and pirates scenario 1 is bugged. it doesn't randomize and settlements are already placed down."

  • "For the base island with 5-6 players, some of the ports are adjacent to each other, and they are not always pointed in the correct direction... The base island with 3-4 players is correct. If you consider the border of the map as sea tiles, then these border tiles alternate between having a port and not having a port. Then, each port should be connected to the direction where it sees the most land tiles in a straight line."

  • "It´s not possible to allign tiles in the Scenario: New World."

  • "An issue with the mod regarding the automated movement of the bararians. At the Deal I get a script error "(Global) function <call/onCardsDealt>:chunk_3:(66,26-24): attempt to index a nil value". I looked a bit into it and it seems with moveShip methid the self.setPositionSmooth(p.vPos) gets a p == nil because of the m_BarbarianRoute == nil which does not get updated in time."

  • "The pirate ship can not be moved manually in the seafarer's scenario"

  • "Generally we like to place our played progress cards next to the respective progress card stack- like a merchant card we always placed right below the yellow progress card stack for instance. But somehow we managed to draw over 10 merchants in this particular round. After we checked the stack of already played progress cards our Merchants and other yellow cards we placed below the regular stack were gone and somehow shuffled back into the progress card stack instead. So somehow the draw script drew the played cards back into the regular stack and made us draw the same cards over and over again. Same thing happened with Road building and blue cards already. It would be great if you could look into that ,its actually not a big deal, but just something we noticed"

Possible Issues:
  • "When somebody hosts for parties of 5-6, there's issues with ports alignments and tile loads."

  • "When using the scripted setup, the buttons flicker a lot and even disappear if you get too close."

  • There's a bug with dice rolls I believe. We keep having games where the same number is rolled in differnt combinations for 5 or 6 turns. Ex. 4 and a 3, 1 and 6, 2 and 5, etc.

  • "If you are unable to move the robber or pirate ship, please check the toggle menu via right click to see if they are locked. My group and I took honestly way too long to figure it out. Apparently the pirate starts out locked in all scenarios but the robber starts locked in any scenario where a desert isn't present by default."

Possible Solutions:

Dropped three times in one night. I have a screenshot of the error code - it says something was an issue with the scripting.

I've had a few scripting errors at times that causes the resource cards to appear white and are unclickable for players

What were you doing at the time of the crash? I've never experienced a crash. It may be hardware related.

I wasn't doing anything different to what I normally do when playing Catan on TT Simulator. My hardware was recently upgraded within the last 6 months so I don't think that is an issue.

Some times players other than the host lose all the scripting images from the cards too, happens randomly, I'm not sure what the cause of this would be.

I found a Rule oversight on the City and Knight expansion:
When you add a Metropolis to a City you get the extra 2 VP´s.
But the entire Rule Part with the Barbarian attack is not included in the scripting.
Normally the Power of the Barbarians should increase by 1, as you count every City and every Metropolis in play.
And the second Part would be the Text in Chat that announced the Player with the least Knight when losing against the Barbarians.
This text should skip a player if he only has a City with a Metropolis.
As example counting all Cities of a color minus Metropolis owned by this color,
like when a player has no cities at all

I don't know if someone can change that, I can't Program or scripted or something like that

And sorry for my bad english, but translate helps :D
Would it be possible that when loading the board the numbers were hidden (face down) to increase the difficulty and luck when placing the feet and the numbers were totally random?
