Reasoning

Valve didn't add an auto repair building for the fact that it disrupted gameplay by removing the teleporters or dispencers. They wont add this for the same reason.

Except for the fact that dispensers are still in the pack, and you wouldnt need teleporters that much when playing on defense. And VALVe would also need to add another PDA, because it would be boring to have one slot with only two different things to pick from, Strange PDA & Unique PDA.
