Possible compatibility problem with Better Budget

No FPS difference with the mod.

Ryzen 1600 @3.7GHz
RTX 3070
16GB RAM
on m.2 SSD installed

Completely unsubscribe CitiesMultiplayer mod and try again. I haven't tested it yet. Logs contains AudioManager errors which should never happen.
I suspect that multiplayer mod is breaking everything.
