Stuck on something...
So I installed SVN, available here: http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html. Now I ran the TDM folder and linked up the SVN link, https://gmodtdm.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/, to the folder. Everything is there.

But on Xenon servers, I come to a roadblock.

I don't know what to upload to the gamemodes/ folder. Is it the entire TDM folder itself? I hope not, because Xenon servers do not allow folders to be uploaded, and only allow individual files... which means I'll be spending all of Saturday eating chips and installing each file one by one...

Xenon Forums were of no help to me, as this issue hasn't really been picked up before. I'm at a loss and I would love to share TDG on my server.

Alright, well I appear to have never answered this, assuming you don't really care anymore, I'll answer this.

Firstly, you appear to be using my really old version of the gamemode, which is no longer supported.

Secondly, Xenon Servers supports FTP (if you're not fimilar with that, I'd suggest googling it as it's really helpful to upload large files, ect), so you could just upload the entire gaemode to it, as stands.
