Well, this way she looks way better when using lamps for lightning, but yeah, shiny under default map lights. Here's an example:

If she was without the thing that causes the shiny effect, she would look worse, flat maybe.

it's weird though i didnt need to do that she work fine intill today then she all shiny

Well, if you REALLY hate the shining - you can adjust the materials however you like. Or download this:
{LINK REMOVED}
and unpack it to your GarrysMod/garrysmod/materials/models folder.
