Changed test radio transmission frequency...

Just wanted to say, I really smiled at:

- Changed test radio transmission frequency to comply with federal and state spectrum management regulations

In the latest update's changed notes, really made me smile. Haven't even replayed the map since the update, but will do so now. Thanks 5FB5, awesome job :)

Finally had time to play it for the first time since the update yesterday, really enjoyed the new stuff!! Amazing job!!!! Still haven't decoded the latest release notes though... hmm
