Basic Guide: Pack-a-Punch Machine
In order to get access to the initial Pack-a-Punch machine room in the Leviathan, head to this part of the map right outside of the power station in the screenshot attached and you will have to jump towards the submarine when it comes by the Power Station, and this will take you to inside the submarine which you can use the Pack-a-Punch machine
