I'd like to see a crafting icon, maybe something like a screwdriver/nuts&bolts or a hammer and anvil... though you do have a hammer for construction. Otherwise you could simply make a few crafting ones for each specific skill. Art, Tailoring, etc...

Also I think the animal icon could use some work. Maybe an iconic RimWorld animal like a thrumbo or boomrat... idk. Right now I'm not even sure what it's meant to be.

Maybe you could split up the "Medicine Skill" into "Doctor" and "Nurse".

Otherwise I like the format and it scales well between the size options.
