There is an admin spawnable gun which allows admins to place this structure.

Once the structure is placed, there is an INI determined period of time where the structure will lie dormant. Even a dormant structure will fire it's purple beacon high into the air making it visible to all players even from across the map.

Once the dormant time has passed, the structure will send a server notification that it is open to be claimed. Any player for any tribe can claim the structure through the Multiuse wheel but be prepared, it takes a full minute to claim and while you do so you are vulnerable to attack from enemy tribes. Due to the inherent danger of this stage the Structure will be displaying a red beam from one of the side emitters along with the main purple distance beam.

Once a player claims the structure successfully by selecting one of three available loot choices. The Structure will begin to add loot to it's inventory with quality/amounts and rate determined by INI. The structure will augment it's main beam with a Green beam to indicate to others that it is generating.

Once the INI determined total generation time is complete, the structure will cease generating loot but will remain accessible only by the claiming tribe for an INI determined period of time. During this phase it will augment the main beam of the structure with a Blue Beam to indicate that the owning tribe can remove their loot from the structure and attempt to get it home to safety.

After an INI set time to allow this to happen the Structure will return to a dormant state, it will destroy any items still within it's inventory and return to a neutral ownership ready for the next cycle to begin.
