Version 0.3
So this patch is pretty big and I will try to cover the changes.

Summary:
This version of Uboat Expanded is the first implementation of a dynamic spawners groups for uboat patrols.This is done by recreating the historical areas that uboats patrolled for every month of the war 1939-09 til 1945-5. On top of this I have implemented weights to each of the patrol sectors. These weights depend on how active a uboats were in a specific Grid at a specific period. This also recreates some of the uboat flotillas areas of responsibility by focusing uboats from certain ports to only patrol specific regions of the map (again weights of patrols sectors change based off of patrol activity for the time period). Prior to this patch the base game only had about 12 Grids that uboats would patrol and was unchanging throughout the whole campaign. additionally, uboat activity was also always set to a maximum output at all times (often quite to much).
This Patch does not yet impact the players mission assignments, however it greatly changes where npc uboats patrol and when they patrol and where. This patch is going to serve as the foundation to help me to create much more diverse player patrol missions and port objectives. (to come later).

Examples
La Spezia will only have patrol sectors within the Mediterranean and will fluctuate in activity over the course of the war.
La Rochelle and St. Nazaire will serve as the hub for patrols going to South Africa, South America, Carribean, and North America for the majority of the war (1941-1944) The specific patrol sectors and weights are determined by where uboats were historically sunk during the period as well as where allied convoy vessels were sunk by uboats during the period of time. You will see dramatic changes in patrol activity and sectors from month to month.
Wilhelmshaven and Kiel will serve as the backbone for the majority of early (1939-1940) and late (1944-1945) uboat patrols.
Bergen now properly serves as hub for patrols intercepting British/US convoys around Greenland/Iceland, Norway/Russia.

The following Pathc addes over 400 new uboat spawners events, (one for each month, for each port listed) each unique and as accurate as possible. Further adjustments will be made to the patrols to ensure stability and historical accuracy. Additionally the Type VIIC production values have been changed to match more realistic values, however balancing may need to occur (this will likely stop production of npc uboats in the U-30 Test Campaign, until the Type VIIA,VIIB are implemented by the devs or a modder)

Keep your previous saves if you want to stay on version 0.2.8b , save a version at the begining of a campaign if you want a starting port for new play throughs. As always I look forward to feedback and will continue to work on previously mentioned bugs/ and stability improvements.

This update (0.3) is still being tested internally I will likely release this week. I need to ensure nothing too game breaking will occur. One thing is apparent though the surrounding areas around ports and Britian are not full of uboats like before. I have only ran into one on patrol and still receive the rare Wolfpack missions.
