yea this is kind of the intent

they are supposed to increase moral or give a bonus

however the functionality is not working, nor am I sure at this time if I will ever get it to work properly without outside help.

all of the cargo in UBE utilizes vanilla functionality, however I cant get this functionality to be applied to this new item.

If I cant figure it out by release it will be removed.

Please note all features of UBE are a Work in Progress (WIP) and somethings may be removed prior to release (1.0.0 )
