Perks
Perks:

Level 1 -

Imperial Authority:

- The strength of the empire must not be undermined by personal ambition.
+ Subjects cannot freely leave the empire.

Imperial Affairs:

- Subject nations may have a wide measure of control over their domestic affairs, but foreign affairs are the responsibility of the Crown.
+ Every subject transfers 40% of their diplomatic weight to the Crown, increasing by 10% per federation level.


Strength through Unity:

- Our empire will not allow new subjects to threaten our unity
+ Cohesion Loss from new subjects is decreased by 65%.

Level 2 -

Imperial Research Infrastructure:

- Through the efficiency of Imperial administration, the finest scientists and researchers throughout all holdings of our empire are better able to communicate ideas and share knowledge with each other, leading to remarkable advances in all fields.
- All members: Gain 7.5 research speed.


Interior Lines:

- Well-charted and patrolled hyperspace corridors within our territory permit unparalleled freedom of movement, allowing our navies to rapidly concentrate wherever required.
+ All members: Ship speed is increased by 10% while in empire space.

Imperial Affairs II:

- Every subject transfers 10% more (50% total) of their diplomatic weight to the Crown.

Imperial Envoys:

- The diplomatic corps serve a vital role in the maintenance of our empire.
+ Crown: Available envoys: +2


Shipyard Grants:

- The security and prosperity of the empire must be maintained by our top-of-the-line fleets. To this end, the empire will focus time and resources towards making our shipyards the best in the galaxy.
+ Ship Build Speed is increased by 20% throughout our empire.


Imperial Administration:

- The efficient and capable administration of our empire has led to massive improvements in production.
+ All members: Resources from jobs +15%

Imperial Affairs III:

- Every subject transfers 10% more (60% total) of their diplomatic weight to the Crown.

Level 4 -

Ultimate Responsibility:

- Rising to become the empire we are today wasn't easy. All that we have now will take work to protect.
+ Crown: Empire Influence Gain: +2


Unified Imperial Fleet:

- A grand unified imperial fleet is the only way to ensure the autonomy of our subjects and the security of the empire.
+ The amount members of the empire contribute towards the Imperial Naval Capacity counts for 15% more.


Imperial Trade Routes:

- The Imperial Navy has stamped out most of the piracy that used to plague the trade routes throughout our empire. Additionally, imperial administration by the finest economists and merchants of our our empire has standardized the way business is down throughout the majority of our domain.
+ All Members: Trade Value +15%.

Imperial Affairs IV:

- Every subject transfers 10% more (70% total) of their diplomatic weight to the Crown.

Level 5 -

Stronger Together:

- Collective deterrence against hegemonic aggressors has preserved the fragile peace of this galaxy. We will stand together against all who threaten that order, whether from within or without.
- All members: Damage to Endgame Crisis factions: +25%

Imperial Destiny:

- The citizens of our empire are proud of what they have accomplished.
+ Crown: Monthly Unity +12%
+ Subjects: Monthly Unity +5%

Imperial Construction Initiative:

- The ability of the Crown to concentrate the logistical power of our entire empire on grand projects will help to ensure the longevity of the empire.
+ Megastructure Capacity is increased by 2 for the Crown.

Imperial Affairs V:

- Every subject transfers 10% more (80% total) of their diplomatic weight to the Crown.

Ok. This is fantastic. Might be a little OTT in parts, (+3 monthly influence. 1.5 might be better). But now, *especially* with that new version of Feudal Society, this federation type has really come in to its own.

To be fair, feudal society is doing the same thing it did before, I just didn't make as much of a note of it. But glad you like it!

80% diplo weight transfer
65% less cohesion loss
7.5% higher research speed
Subjugation Wargoal
10% higher ship speed
2 envoys
20% higher ship build speed
15% more resource from jobs
2 influence
15% more trade value
25% higher damage against crisis
12% more unity
2 more megaconstruction capacity
65% fleet contribution from members.

These seem overly powerful. I think the research speed, trade value and cohesion loss perks should be removed as they are the *highlight* perk of other federation types.

For Research Speed and Trade Value, I'm open to lowering the values further, but they are lower than the other federations dedicated to them.

On the cohesion loss, I disagree. The Galactic Union federation has a modifier for Cohesion loss due to differing ethics, which is very powerful and not something this federation has.
