how to use this on not steam version?
i need skimish mode to practice i cant practice if ai is OP

You can get a non steam version from ownet:
https://forum.original-war.net/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=5721&p=54664#p54664

or from their modbase, but it's not yet updated to latest version:
https://original-war.net/files.php?id=176

if you get that, or the mod from steam, you just have to put the files (RV folder and RV.ini) inside the 'Mods' folder, which is in your main Original War folder.

As for the difficulty, the ai is actually easy to deal with. The higher difficulties are harder only because it has more people and resources.
