Re-creating the discussion so I can change the top post:

CIVITAS and CQUI were both updated today/tonight, they'll now work in tandem.

CQUI's update includes a tool-tip that lists all of the envoys sent to a CS when hovering over the # of envoys sent. When using CIVITAS, the "second place Suzerain" is no longer visible, but the tool-tip should still work.
