In my case, it started on a new computer, I checked it on the old one, everything works fine ...

If you use Concise UI, don't use both.
Otherwise, I can't say, I've never had this issue so far.

It's been half a year and apparently the bug is still there. CQUI is unusable being the only mod loaded and no way to start any production because production panel is gone.

Disabled all mods, only enabled this mod.
but, the problem still exists.
Turn off this mode.

Guys. Its not this mods fault!
If some of you have Harmony in Diversity or Concise UI or any other mod that edits citypanel or production lua files will break this mod!

Your options:

1. Either remove the clashing mods , start new game.
2. Try and delete scripts in harmony that are messing with those scripts
Harmony in Diversity\UI\Replacement\
DL_Citypanel
DL_Productionpanel
and hope that it doesnt break something in that mod :P

Theres even more scripts in harmony that will most certainly clash

Honestly i wouldnt bother with harmony it has so many compatibility issues with mods its just big headache.

I have tried my best to make CQUI work with other mods - basically the way any modding is done with this game is a little bit goofy and not well documented and it's hard to do in a way that allows multiple mods to edit the same files (CityPanelOverview in this case, I wager)

I have the same problem, after downloading this mode i played 1 game, but it work fine. Now its doesnt work correct, projet gone. I dont use any mod witch change sity panel or Harmony/Concise UI/ Could u help me???

IceLancer is saying it is caused by Harmony in Diversity or Concise UI mods. No idea what those mods are and never heard of them. I have only Fast Trade mode and even that is off. So problem is with CQUI. Unfortunately will have to disable it as without the trading panel the game is unplayable.

Same problem here, except can't buy any faith units. Turned off all other mods and grayed out. Turned others off and CQUI off and can buy them now. Checked all other mods said they are compatible with this one.
