Conflict with Better Balanced Game: Warrior Monks

I noticed that while using both CQUI and BBG that I couldn't purchase Warrior monks until I turned CQUI off. Since BBG is a very popular mod I thought I'd post here and perhaps its something that can be fixed?

I'm sure a fix is possible, because @infixo solved the issue in his "CQUI-lite" mod and now I can make Warrior Monks when I have just the shrine and I'm playing with BBG.
