Is the map dead?

I don't know what else to put on it, I'll probably make an improved version of the map ... But there are no promises.

Maybe I could put more buildings on it, and improve the military defenses, and change the design of the island, it looks very basic lol

The only thing I can tell you, to no generate much spoiler of the improved version is that I put a police car, and 8 vehicles that will go through the city and take random routes,
