Dinos without saddle have low hp after orp shutdown

Hello we have a problem with OGS and mature and baby dinos, when any of them are in OGS range and someone go offline and then go back on the server all dinos (without saddle on them) in OSG range have low hp from 1 to 25 hp. All with saddle on are ok. Do anyone have issue with that? How to fix it?
