Suggestion: Right click blueprint to add appropriate research to pawn's study queue
Love the mod. One suggestion.

Preamble: Researching buildings lets you place their blueprints down immediately, whether or not your pawns assigned to construction have studied the research and are so able to build it.

Suggestion: When you right-click a blueprint, with a pawn assigned to construction that does not yet have the knowledge to construct the blueprint selected, can an option on that drop-down list immediately add the relevant research to their study queue.

Example: So if the building is a generator and my constructing pawn doesn't have knowledge of electricity, I select the pawn, right-click the generator blueprint, and in addition to saying "your pawn does not have the required research to build this building", there is an option "add required research 'electricity to pawn A's study queue".

I would be interested to know how difficult this would be to implement, especially since there is already a line in that drop-down that refers to the pawns knowledge relative to that blueprint.

While I understand that this mod specifically means to increase the difficulty and attention required to conduct research and maintain the colony in part, by requiring a lot more micromanagement, I think implementing something like this wouldn't rob the player of any important decisions, just minimize the button presses between making that decision and implementing it in the game.

I imagine something similar could be done with workbenches with new bills from research that the pawn would also need to study.
